Please call or email us to discuss you pets problem prior to making any payment, as we will be able to guide you as to which type of appointment would suit you best. This can be via paypal or personal cheque made out to Angela Garrick or Claire Francis as appropriate. The fee is payable at or before the initial appointment.

  For behaviour consulations you will also need to complete a questionnaire and ask your vet to complete a referral form to ensure that there is no physical reason for the problem. Questionnaires and referral forms need to be returned prior to the initial appointment.

If you need to postpone an appointment please give 48hrs notice so that the appointment place may be given to another person.

Insured pets may have behaviour fees covered by their policy. Please check with your pet's insurance provider.
