Behaviour consultations can only be booked following a referral from your animal's veterinary surgeon. This is to ensure that there is no physical cause for the problem.

You are welcome to call or email to discuss the problem prior to requesting a referral, however it is not possible to give detailed advice without a veterinary referral, full behavioural history and assessment.
